"Just This" Sleep Meditation (10-Minutes)
This sleep meditation exercise is similar to “counting sheep” as you may have learned as a child. It will allow the frustrations of today and worries of tomorrow to drift away - preparing your mind and body for a full night of restful and restorative sleep.
By mindfully focusing on your breath, and repeating silently in your mind a repetitive cadence of words, your body will relax and fall into a deep slumber.
