Success Story: Annie M.

Annie, a former participant of the Mind of a Champion program, spent months prior to the World Competitions sidelined due to a back injury. By incorporating the techniques she was learning in this program, she was able to achieve the goal she set at the beginning of the season. Success Story: From High Anxiety to Successful American Ninja Warrior Junior TV Appearance

Many athletes experience anxiety that can be crippling in pressure situations. Well, just imagine having that anxiousness and then throwing a huge crowd, bright lights, TV cameras and more into the mix.
