Stress Management & Resiliency Training for Children & Teens

Resilient Youth & Resilient Teen Programs

Just as kids with good muscle tone excel at sports, kids who practice resiliency techniques are good at responding to and recovering from emotional stress. These children can:

  • Reflect on their emotions and better control their impulses

  • Cope with emotions such as fear, frustration and anger

  • Relate to others in more empathic, compassionate ways

  • Reduce stress and anxiety

  • Improve academic performance

  • Develop better work habits

  • Improve memory & concentration

  • Increase self esteem

Teaching today's youth coping skills to manage stress, build resilience & reach their full potential

The Resilient Youth/Resilient Teen programs bring over 25 years experience of developing, refining and administering the most effective methods for stress reduction to young people. Programs are appropriate for kids and teens experiencing varying levels of health and wellness. Whether your child is worried but well or suffering from significant health conditions that are caused or made worse by stress, these programs can significantly improve health and quality of life.
