I recently read about a process to help individuals increase their chances of achieving their goals that was developed by Gabriele Oettingen, a professor of psychology at New York University and the University of Hamburg. It reinforces the fact that just thinking positive is not enough. That we need to take other steps as well to achieve our goals.
