The program helps each individual grasp and apply concepts that are critical for peak performance in both sports and life including:
Mind of a Champion is an interactive, highly engaging program that educates athletes in grades 5-12 on these proven techniques to take their performance to a new level and succeed in future endeavors, throughout their lives. We offer various program options to meet the diverse needs of your athletes/teams. Options range from a 90-minute introduction to a one-on-one full athletic season coaching program.
