Jesse's love for food and nutrition developed at the ripe age of 14, so it only made sense for her to carry this passion into a career. She received a Bachelors of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed her required dietetic internship through Texas A & M University at Kingsville.  In November of 2009 she began work as a nutrition consultant and gained exposure to nutrition therapy for weight loss, diabetes, heart disease, athletic performance, and the list goes on!  She further enhanced her love and knowledge of nutrition by completing a Masters in Clinical Nutrition at Rush University. Today she continues to work as a nutrition consultant delivering nutrition education through one-on-one counseling and seminars.
