  • Want to ensure their brain is functioning at its best as they prepare for, and take, high-stakes exams


Course Details

Stress Less for the Test is a comprehensive 3-week program with weekly, 60-minute interactive and engaging classes. Classes are delivered live in person or via Zoom. During this program, students will learn:

  • 3 simple steps for more success and less stress on important exams

  • Daily mental training practices to increase energy and focus during marathon study sessions

  • Practices that elicit the Relaxation Response to effectively eliminate the negative impact toxic stress has on the brain

  • Pre-exam mental prep techniques to build confidence

  • In-exam techniques to stay calm, confident, and focused during tests

  • 5 principles for restorative study breaks

  • 10 sleep strategies for a healthy, well-rested brain


Through implementation of the strategies taught in this program, students of any age can expect:

  • Lower anxiety

  • Better test scores

  • Increased confidence

  • Improved focus

  • Positive mindset shifts

Program Scholarships Available

Smart HWP believes these practices should be available to all. To facilitate this, financial assistance in the form of full or partial scholarships is available for a limited number of enrollments in each of our programs. 

To request a full or partial scholarship, please send an email to contact@smarthwp.com. Individuals will be asked to fill out an application that includes personal information and the reason for the financial assistance request. The application will be reviewed by representatives from Smart HWP and the applicant will be informed of the decision within 7-10 business days.

Weekly Brain Training

A consistent practice routine is critical for success in any endeavor. The Weekly Brain Training sessions will give Stress Less for the Test program graduates the consistency to continue to build on their skills.

The goals of this program are three-fold:

  • Reinforce the concepts learned in class

  • Help participants stay consistent with their practice

  • Introduce new cutting-edge strategies and techniques

Sessions are conveniently just 15-minutes long, virtual and held weekly (typically Mondays at 7:30pm central).
