On November 4 & 5, I attended the Mindful Leadership Summit outside of Washington D.C. It was a great event with interesting speakers and lots of great ideas and techniques shared. On each blog for the next few weeks I plan to share one technique you can use to be more Mindful and one interesting idea/statistic that I learned at the conference.
The first technique and idea was from Marc Lesser, CEO of Search Inside Yourself.
3 Breath Technique
This is a great technique to help you gain a sense of peace and calm during your hectic days. Simply pause for a few moments and take three deep breaths.
