It’s the time of year that many of us make new year’s resolutions. How about this year resolve to build one habit that will provide a whole host of benefits for all aspects of your life - improved health, stronger relationships, enhanced performance at work? The habit is meditation of course!
In 2017, I was blessed to have the opportunity to introduce meditation, Mindfulness and similar strategies to over 600 people! I did this through a variety of classes, keynote presentations and coaching programs. One thing I discovered is that most people starting out found guided meditations to be the easiest to use. If you think you would benefit from guided meditations as well, check out some of the Apps I have listed below. Most of them provide a few free guided meditations or a month of free access. This gives you the chance to sample them and figure out which one(s) you like best.
