It is New Year’s Resolutions time! This is a great time to set a goal or two around better physical and mental health. When using this format you will want to word the goals to meet as many of the following characteristics as possible:
Studies consistently show that writing goals in this format, with a clear understanding of what you want and by when, greatly increases the chances that the goal will be accomplished successfully in the required timeframe.
