Interested in cutting your risk of heart attack, stroke and death by almost 50%?  Well if you are a high-risk patient, meditation may be your answer.  A study discussed in an article on sparkepepeople.com was conducted by researchers from the Medical College of Wisconsin (Milwaukee).  They tracked 200 patients for an average of five years.  The study showed that patients who practiced meditation not only accomplished the almost 50% reduction in risk but also:
  • remained disease free longer
  • reduced their blood pressure
  • had lower stress levels

The proven benefits of Mind Body techniques such as meditation and visualization continue to accumulate in study after study.  Be assured that your efforts to incorporate these practices in your life are resulting in positive outcomes that you will likely be enjoying for many healthy years to come!

Wishing you success in all aspects of life,
