This is the time of year many of us make a commitment to improve our lives in some way by creating a New Year’s Resolution. This is a great thing to do as long as you get past the hard part - sticking to the resolution.
This year, significantly increase your chances of staying committed and accomplishing that resolution by implementing the 14 minute rule. All this requires is spending at least 1% of your day (or 14 minutes straight minutes) working on your resolution. Everyone can sacrifice such a small percentage of their day to make a significant improvement to their life.
